Dr. Erzhena Lygdenova is a New York State Licensed acupuncturist. She received her Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Doctorate of Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City. Erzhena is also a certified yoga teacher where she trained at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC.

Erzhena, also known as “Pearl” believes that the integration between Eastern and Western medicine is the best approach for optimal health of our mind, body, and spirit. It is said that pearls are symbolic of generosity, integrity, peace and purity; qualities which Erzhena embody in her practice.
